Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled, de-veined, tail off
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup MUMBO SAUCE, Tangy Hot flavor
- Green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 Tomato, diced
- 1 package soft corn tortillas
- Fresh lime & cilantro for garnish
MUMBO Cream Sauce:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup MUMBO SAUCE, Tangy Hot flavor
Whisk together.
Tacos: Instructions
Heat olive oil in a saute pan. Add garlic and shrimp. Cook shrimp until white and opaque then add MUMBO SAUCE. Stir to coat shrimp. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove tortillas from package, wrap in a slightly damp paper towel and warm in microwave for 1 minute. Place shrimp mixture on tortillas. Top with cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro with MUMBO Cream. Makes 12 tacos.
