Ingredients for Marinade:
- 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp. White Wine
- 2 oz. Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 2 oz. MUMBO BAR-B-Q SAUCE (Tangy Hot)
- 1 clove of Garlic (Sliced)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
**Marinate for 1 hour
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 10 oz. MUMBO BAR-B-Q SAUCE (Tangy Hot)
- 4 oz. Guava Paste
- 6 oz. Chicken Stock
- 1 tbsp. Cilantro (chopped)
Directions:
For the sauce, place chicken stock in a pan on medium heat. Add the guava paste and cook until the guava paste melts. Add the MUMBO SAUCE (Tangy Hot) and cook for 5 minutes in low heat. Add cilantro and set aside. Grill the chicken breast and brush with the BBQ sauce. Serve on a Hawaiian Rolls with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Use remaining sauce for dipping.
