Ingredients for Marinade:
- 1 oz White Wine
- 2 oz Vegetable Oil
- 1 each Garlic (sliced)
- ½ tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 oz. MUMBO SAUCE Original Flavor
- 6 Chicken Wings
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
**Marinate wings for 2 hours
Ingredients Guava Chipotle BBQ Sauce:
- 10 oz MUMBO SAUCE Original Flavor
- 4 oz Guava Paste
- 6 oz Chicken Stock
- 4 oz Chipotle Sauce
Directions:
For the sauce, place chicken stock in a pot on medium heat. Add the guava paste and cook until the guava paste melts. Add the chipotle and MUMBO SAUCE and cook for 5 minutes in low heat. Set aside. Drain the wings, place in flour to coat and then deep fry for 7 minutes. Drain wings on rack or paper towel. Transfer wings to a large bowl and coat with guava chipotle barbecue sauce.
