by Chef David Blackmon Ingredients: 1 pound shrimp, peeled, de-veined, tail off 4 cloves of garlic, finely minced 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 cup MUMBO SAUCE, Tangy Hot flavor Green cabbage, finely shredded 1 Tomato, diced 1 package soft corn tortillas Fresh lime & cilantro for garnish MUMBO Cream Sauce: 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup MUMBO SAUCE, Tangy Hot flavor Whisk together.
