½ tsp Salt
Butter

Put shrimp in a 9x13 inch baking dish, dot with butter. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over shrimp. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until sauce is hot.

Spiced Rice:
Sauté onions, carrots, and peppers in oil. Add lime juice, soy sauce, and hot pepper sauce to taste. Stir in rice until heated. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
